TechKavach Solutions utilizes Jan Parichay (Meri Pehchaan) National Single Sign-On for all user authentication. We do not store sensitive Aadhaar credentials or Virtual IDs. We only receive verified identity tokens (Name, DOB, Gender, and Pin Code) provided directly by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) gateway.
For the purpose of identifying missing individuals, we convert facial images into encrypted mathematical strings (Facial Vectors). TechKavach Solutions does not store original source images in any database or on any server. Once the mathematical vector is generated, the original visual data is permanently purged from system memory.
In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, personal data is only retained as long as it is necessary for the safety services provided. User identity data is retained for the duration of an active account. If an account remains inactive for more than 24 months, or upon a specific erasure request, all associated data is permanently and securely deleted.
As a Data Principal, you have the following rights on our platform:
User data is shared with Law Enforcement agencies only upon a verified 'Mark Missing' report. Institutional partners including Malls, Hospitality Providers, and Higher Educational Institutions (Colleges & Universities) receive "Safety Match Alerts" only and do not have access to the master citizen database.
